All new AquaCalcs come with the Rod Mount which allows your AquaCalc to be mounted to the top-set rod, leaving one hand free. With a Rod Mount, your AquaCalc can pivot up and down for the optimum viewing angle.

This cable has a 1/4 inch female jack to attach to a USGS top set wading rod with a male 11/4 inch plug at the top, and a round AMP connector that attaches to the AquaCalc.
The 2 foot (CMC-2) cable comes with each new AquaCalc.
Note: Wading rods used with this cable require internal wiring between the bottom of the rod and the top male 1/4” plug. Most USGS style rods designed to work with mechanical current meters have this wiring. (CMC-2, CMC-4) - $100
This cable has spade connectors on one end and the round AMP AquaCalc connector on the other.
This cable is used to directly connect an AquaCalc to Price AA, Pymy, or other current meters, and bypasses the wiring inside a USGS style top set wading rod. It may be also used to connect to an A-Reel or similar hardware.
(DMC-4, DMC-6) - $100
These military specification connectors are used by the USGS to connect the AquaCAlc to wading rods and suspended measurement reels.

This 2 foot long cable has spade connectors on one end and a male military spec 1/4 inch plug at the other. It is installed on an A-Reel or similar so that the hydrographer can quickly attach the Current Meter Cable (CMC-2 or CMC-4) to the reel contacts. (ARMC-2) - $100
